I like this! I got the 2x3 for a back door mat. It did smell when I unpacked it. The tag said it was normal to have a natural hemp smell, but it was quite strong. Luckily just one day sitting out in the sun and the smell is completely gone! I think it would air out on its own inside, maybe given a week or so, but outdoors it was quite fast.

The quality and product arrived with DHL from India. That was a big surprise to me. The product is of good quality. The Jute is very soft and the rug is very well executed. Top quality. Overall a good rug.

I just purchased a new sofa and needed a rug to tie the room together. This jute rug couldn't be any more perfect. I love the look like and receive many many compliments. I have a robotic vacuum cleaner that works well over the rug. It is certainly not as soft as carpet or a plush rug, but it feels pretty good under foot. I don't think it will show dirt easily. I am very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend this rug If this is the look you are trying to achieve. Also, the price point is very good.
