RETURN, REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY


We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, we'll gladly accept a return of an unused and unwashed item.

We always deliver your favourite order item and try to give you a quality products & service. You can return or exchange any unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise. Returns made within 30 days of the shipping date will be refunded to the original form of payment (except shipping cost). Kindly use a trackable and insured shipping method and include order number on the return label. Before return please email us on handloom.in@gmail.com and we will authorize the return if eligible and share the address of our warehouse located in Jaipur, India where you can ship item back to us.

We'll email you once your return or exchange is accepted at our office. If you want an exchange we would like to clear that shipping charges will be applicable on that item and shipping fees associated with making returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded. Before returning the product, make sure that the product is not damaged. In case we get damaged products, then we will not refund the money.

REFUNDS

Most returns that are sent back to our office located in Jaipur, India will process approximately 2-3 weeks from the time you mail your return. For returns made within 30 days of the shipping date, a refund will be credited back to your original pay method and will post 1-3 business days after the date of processing. Refund will be done through online mode. For exchanges, a second email will be sent once we've processed your new order.

If item is defective then we replace it with new item. If item is not defective and customer doesn't like item and want to return it then we refund after deduction of shipping fees paid by us from total amount customer paid for that item. Buyer will be liable for return shipping fees and seller won't be liable for it.

NOT RECEIVED AND RETURNED BACK TO US

If you don’t receive your order even after notice is left at your home by carrier service provider to collect your parcel and if return to us after certain time period (14 days) you will liable to pay shipping cost again to dispatch your order again and in this case refund will not be given.

Cancellation

Cancellation can be requested within 24 hours of the date you placed order.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are an EU resident, you may also use our [EU Right of Withdrawal Form] to cancel your contract within 14 days of order date.

VERY IMPORTANT NOTES :

Return Shipping Costs: Please note that under EU consumer law, you are responsible for paying the direct costs of returning the goods to our facility in India. Due to the international shipping distances and weight of home decor items, return shipping fees can be substantial and sometimes more than the total order value when added multiple costs. We highly recommend reviewing product quality, product dimensions and specifications carefully before completing your purchase.

The "Custom / Made-to-Order" Orders:

Exemptions from the Right of Withdrawal: In accordance with Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Goods made to the consumer's custom specifications or clearly personalized (e.g., custom-sized rugs, bespoke stair runners, custom order lengths, or unique patchwork items custom-arranged upon request).

  • Items purchased under clear wholesale terms or custom volume orders. Once a custom or tailored order enters production, it cannot be canceled or refunded under the EU statutory withdrawal period.

Diminished Value & Condition of Returned Goods: You are legally liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the items. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, unwashed, and packed securely in their original packaging. If an item is returned used, washed, stained, or damaged, a proportional deduction up to 100% of the item's value will be subtracted from your refund.
