We accept payment through PayPal only.

 

I Don’t Have PayPal Account How Can I Pay?

You should not worry if you don’t have PayPal account you can still make payment with you Visa/Master Card through PayPal. When you click on PayPal button on your cart it redirects you on PayPal website where you find two options “Pay with my PayPal account” and “Pay with my debit or credit card” If you don’t have PayPal account click on “Pay with my debit or credit card” and fill credit/debit card information and billing information. Your credit card/debit card information is 100% secure with PayPal so you can payment without being hesitant.

 

Do You Give Free Shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping worldwide in some cases. All items are eligible for free shipping and will be sent through economy service (India Post/USPS). Usually we ship all order with 24 hours so that you receive your order item soon. Only express shipping service is paid where you pay minimal amount for express service (3-5 business days delivery).

 

Can You Deliver My Order Within 5 Days?

Yes, we can deliver your order within 5 days. But it is paid express service where we deliver your order within 3-5 business days (it may vary country to country). Is Registration Is Required To Place An Order?

We offer you quick, easy and hassle free system to place your order where no registration required on the site. You place your order through PayPal and our system pick delivery address from PayPal. Our system creates automatically your account once you place order on the site and send you account information (email/password) with order confirmation email.

 

I Came Across With An Error While Making Payment What To Do Now?

If you face any problem during transaction you just need to write an email to us on handloom.in@gmail.com which states what kind of problem you are facing during transaction. Our technical team will look into the matter and get in touch with you very soon.

 

When Will You Ship My Order Items?

Usually, we ship out most of orders in 1 business day time period except holidays. You receive an shipment information email with tracking no soon after item is shipped from us. In case you don’t receive email you must check it into spam folder.

 

How Can I Track My Order?

To track your order go to bottom of the website where you find link “Track Order” You need to enter order no (You find it in order confirmation email) and your email id ( transaction email id). It will show you all information order date, shipping information etc.

 

Can I Make Changes into My Order?

Once you have placed your order and you can’t amend it. But if you wish to make some changes you need to write us on handloom.in@gmail.com

 

I Still Have Not Received My Order. What Should I Do?

If you selected “Economy service” while transaction It will take 10-15 business days from shipping date to deliver your item. You can track your order through our “Track Order” link which is available at bottom of the site. If you still don’t find your parcel after estimate delivery, you just drop an email on handloom.in@gmail.com

 

How Do I Cancel My Order?

Having second thoughts before going to cancel your order? No worries. You can cancel your order until your order item is dispatched. If item is shipped out from us you are not able to cancel your order. We most of the order ship out in one business days.

 

Can I Pick My Order From Your Warehouse?

We are sorry we don’t offer this service to our customers. We ship all the items through economy service (India Post) and express service (UPS/DHL/FedEx). If you want to get items early please select express service instead of economy during transaction to get items within 3-5 business days.

 

Would You Pay Back If Item Is Not Delivered Within 3-5 Business Days With Express Service?

We are not liable if item is not delivered within 3-5 business days time period. Usually it delivers within 3-5 business days but time may vary location to location.

 

 

How Long Do I Have To Return An Item?

You have only 14 days time period to return an item if you are not happy with an item. We would like to strongly mention here item must be unworn and in resalable condition and return postage will be on you. If we found the item is not resalable condition we have full right to deduct an appropriate amount from your amount.

Can I Change My Delivery Address?

You can change delivery address until your item is shipped. Once item is shipped out from our warehouse we are unable to change delivery address. We would recommend you please change delivery address soon after you place order on the site. Once transaction is done PayPal redirects you on Royal Furnish where you find an option “Change address” click on it and change delivery address. If item is shipped this option will not highlight.

 

If Any Item Get Out Of Stock Or Sold Out And Want To Order The Same Item What Should I Do?

If you missed your favourite item you can use an option “Ask a question” which is available on the product listing page. Post your question along with your name and email id. Our team will give you estimated time for the stock of particular item and when it will come we will notify to you through email.

 

What Should I Do If Item Is Found Damaged?

First of all, you must notify us immediately via email at the same day after receiving the order with attached photos of broken/damaged item so that we will look into the matter.
