PAYMENT

 

All prices are available in USD, AUD, CAD, EURO and this time we accept payment through PAYPAL that uses all major credit cards(Visa, Master and many more).

 

We will request you kindly provide your contact no during transaction it will help shipping provider to ensure your delivery and in express shipping your contact no is mandatory if you don’t provide your contact no your order will not be shipped from our warehouse until we get the contact information.

 

RETURN & REFUND

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, we'll gladly accept a return of an unused and unwashed item.

We always deliver your favourite order item and try to give you a quality products & service. You can return or exchange any unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise. Returns made within 30 days of the shipping date will be refunded to the original form of payment (except shipping cost). Kindly use a trackable and insured shipping method and include order number on the return label. Before return please email us on handloom.in@gmail.com

We'll email you once your return or exchange is accepted at our office. If you want an exchange we would like to clear that shipping charges will be applicable on that item and shipping fees associated with making returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded. Before returning the product, make sure that the product is not damaged. In case we get damaged products, then we will not refund the money.

REFUNDS

Most returns that are sent back to our office will process approximately 2-3 weeks from the time you mail your return. For returns made within 30 days of the shipping date, a refund will be credited back to your original pay method and will post 1-3 business days after the date of processing. For exchanges, a second email will be sent once we've processed your new order.

NOT RECEIVED AND RETURNED BACK TO US

If you don’t receive your order even after notice is left at your home by carrier service provider to collect your parcel and if return to us after certain time period (14 days) you will liable to pay shipping cost again to dispatch your order again and in this case refund will not be given.
